SCARVES TO DYE FOR -- BY YOU!

Marjan Kluepfel, expert fabric artist, guides you in the creation of a vibrant, lustrous silk scarf. Dyes and one silk scarf included.
During this three-hour experience, you will 1) learn the principles of fabric dyeing using Procion fiber dyes; 2) learn surface design, resist, and Japanese shibori techniques; 3) create your own design and apply it to a silk scarf.
Additional Suggestions: wear old clothes and shoes; your own rubber gloves, if you wish -- we will have disposable gloves available.
You can bring additional scarves if you wish; just make sure they are "prepared for dye".
