LONDON FOG COOKIE RECIPE

Earl Grey tea and just enough lavender make these buttery cookies something a little unexpected. The bergamot in the tea pairs beautifully with lavender, creating a cookie that is fragrant and flavorful without being overly floral.

This recipe grew out of a little test baking in my kitchen and quickly became a favorite. It’s an elegant cookie for afternoon tea, a Fall gathering, or simply something special to have with a cup of tea or coffee.

And yes, the secret is just enough lavender.
